OUR POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee for all orders under $200 in the US. Orders over $200 have complimentary shipping. Our minimum order is $50.  Our shipping costs don’t depend on the weight of the products you ordered but depend on options for delivery. We use three Delivery options:
  • UPS Next-Day: This is overnight shipping which we require for premium sturgeon products (Ossetra or Kaluga hybrid) as they do not have preservatives in them. UPS Next-Day packages ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We charge a flat shipping fee of $50 for UPS Next-Day Delivery option for all orders under $200 in the US, except for Hawaii. We charge a flat shipping fee of $60 for orders under $200 to Hawaii.
  • UPS Second-Day: Frozen caviar and frozen seafood products are required to have second-day shipping or faster. UPS Second-Day packages ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays. We charge a flat shipping fee of $40 for UPS Second-Day Delivery option for all orders under $200 in the US, except for Hawaii. We charge a flat shipping fee of $50 for orders under $200 to Hawaii.
  • UPS 3-Day: This is our standard shipping for chilled caviar products in tins and jars. UPS 3-Day packages ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays. We charge a flat shipping fee of $20 for UPS 3-Day Delivery option for all orders under $200 in the US, except for Hawaii. We charge a flat shipping fee of $40 for orders under $200 to Hawaii.
 
Delivery Days
Our shipping days are Monday – Wednesday, so the delivery days are Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed Wednesday-Friday after 1 PM will be shipped the next shipping day (Monday).

Delivery Address
Please send packages to a location where there will be someone available to receive a FedEx delivery on the designated delivery day. We are not responsible for products that spoil if there is not someone to receive them on the date requested.
We cannot process orders shipping to a PO Box. Please provide an accurate street address so our carriers can deliver.

Where We Ship
We only ship within the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship to anywhere outside the US, including US territories, Canada or any other country. This is not due to UPS restrictions but due to customs restrictions when shipping caviar out of the United States.
 
Packaging for Shipping
Each product is carefully packed into a Styrofoam insulated container with cushioning materials and ice packs or dry ice, depending on your order. The Styrofoam box is then taped and put into a cardboard box.

Customer responsibility
All caviar products we ship are perishable, therefore, it is extremely important for the recipient to be at home (or at the shipping address) when the UPS driver delivers the ordered products. You are responsible to specify the correct shipping address, where you’re expected to be present when the order is delivered. You are also responsible to enter the correct and regularly maintained e-mail address where we will send UPS shipment tracking number(s). Since the products are perishable, they cannot be redelivered by UPS several times. Be aware that in most cases UPS will leave the shipment at your door even if you are not present at the time of delivery. Upon delivery, we recommend that you place the products in a refrigerator as soon as possible.

RETURN and REFUNDS POLICY
Our Company fully guarantees all its products for freshness and quality. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please text us so that we can immediately replace your product or credit your account. We appreciate your business and are committed to the best service we can provide.
We can accept returns on most products even after the customer has opened the product's container. However, we do not accept returns after the product has been sampled or otherwise eaten by the customer. 
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. You must contact us within three business days of receiving your package to receive a refund or credit towards your next order. We understand that occasionally during the shipping packages can be dropped or damaged. If your products arrived damaged, with caviar leaking out of the packaging, please email us with a photo. If a metal can is dented, we are unable to give you a refund as the product is still intact. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The customer, or their proxy, is responsible to receive the order, unpack it and place it into the refrigerator or freezer on the day it is delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to store the products correctly to avoid spoilage.
The customer must contract Caviar-Store within 3 days of delivery if there are any quality issues. The customer must provide details of the concerns.
PRIVACY POLICY
When placing your order, we require billing and shipping and payment information. We will not share this information with any other parties except for UPS, as required for shipping and delivery of your order. We will retain your order information for future orders and may contact you with upcoming promotions and new products. Please let us know if you would like to be removed from our contact lists.
  • The customer agrees for Caviar-Store to retain their personal billing, shipping and payment information.
  • The customer allows Caviar-Store to share their shipping information with UPS as needed for delivery of the order.
  • The customer must request to be taken off of the contract list if they do not wish to receive further correspondence about promotions and products.
